Society for International Development (SID) Hamburg Chapter

Founded in 1957, the Society for International Development (SID) takes pride in being the very first politically independent and privately established association addressing development policy word-wide. Today, SID has about 3,000 members from 80 countries spread over 45 regional and local Chapters. The majority of Chapters is located in the southern hemisphere. Activities range from public discussion of development issues and networking in the development community to carrying out development projects.
