Centro Latinoamericano para las Relaciones con Europa (CELARE)
The Centro Latinoamericano para las Relaciones (CELARE) was founded in 1993 with the objective of promoting the links between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean. It is a non-profit corporation affiliated to private law and headquartered in Santiago de Chile. CELARE implements its programs in the subregions and Latin-American and EU member states.
